LIVE TELCO started by identifying a problem relevant to Tier 1 Telecom Operators : it is fairly complex to deal with a Global Operator if you are an Enterprise or a Regional or Local Operator – due to their heavy governance, Tier 1 Operators are not able to respond fast, not able to adapt quickly to evolving requirements and ultimately end up in heavy delays, higher prices and very often with a distress customer stuck with a rigid contract. 

Managing a global Telecom operator requires strong experience, expertise and negotiation leverage such as the ability to reciprocate deals and balance of trade. Enterprises are naturally not equipped to maximize their interests with global operators whether getting best rates or faster deployments. This is our value.

Yves is an ex Sales executive at British Telecom leading Indirect Channels for most of Asia, Middle East, Africa and part of Europe. Started his career in Paris, France in 2007 then moved to Dubai in 2011, Yves has worked and lived in several different countries on behalf of BT and established a vast network of partners, suppliers and customers always bringing value and innovative solutions in developed and “complicated” countries.

Vipul comes with a 25 years experience in the IT and Technology space. He has held many senior roles as Head of AMEA Sales at British Telecom- HK, COO at British Telecom- HK, Head of Operations and Commercial- UK at British Telecom and many other roles within BT and outside BT with the likes of HCL – India/UK , Tata – India, Accenture – UK, Toyota – India, Cisco – India. His experience spans across Strategy, Business Ops, Commercial, PMO and Consultancy.

Started as a Senior Business Consultant looking at Global enterprises and later on Telecommunication operators, Yves has defined and implemented strategies, solutions and capabilities across the world plus have created a Best Practice around Business Rescue and Indirect Channels. With his vast knowledge and expertise on the Business, Operational and Technical side, Yves will ensure that customers would always get value for their investments while ensuring that our services are always competitive, adaptative and innovation friendly with all cloud, artificial intelligence and multi layers solutions – globally.

Vipul has worked with global Telcos spanning across 80+ countries globally. He has also worked closely with F500 customers and helped them achieve their digital journey to cloud, cyber security, connectivity, internet, satellite, sub sea capacity, voice/ UC, Contact Centre and Data Centre.
